Research suggests that nutrition counseling and ongoing support from a Registered Dietitian (RD) is critical in reaching your health and lifestyle goals. Our 3-month intensive, individualized weight loss program is designed to help you lose weight and keep it off via biweekly appointments with our Registered Dietitian.

What to Expect:
- First Session (90 minutes):
- Assessment of your current medical status, lifestyle habits, and nutritional intake
- Explanation of nutrition analysis
- Individualized nutrition education, counseling, and goal setting based off of your assessment and nutritional analysis report
- Second Session (60 minutes):
- Receive individualized meal plan created for you by our Registered Dietitian
- Coaching how to choose foods in the proper portions to meet your nutritional needs within your meal plan
- Assistance with meal planning based off your personal food preferences and lifestyle regimen
- Healthy recipes to match meal plan
- Third Session (45-60 minutes):
- Evaluation of your successes and challenges with implementing your personalized meal plan
- Adjustments to meal plan as needed
- Body composition and waist circumference assessment using advanced bioelectrical impedance technology
- Additional education, counseling, and goal setting provided
- Three Follow up visits (30-60minutes):
- Coaching to support your successes and assist with overcoming challenges you may be experiencing
- Additional education and coaching to assist with meeting your individual needs
Examples of topics include, but are not limited to:
- Navigating
restaurant menus to make better choices
- Creating convenient meal ideas
- Assistance with grocery shopping (i.e. grocery store tour, shopping on a budget, label reading)
- Overcoming stress and emotional eating to eat more mindfully and heal your relationship with food
